Before You Go

Make sure your passport is valid for 6 months AFTER your return flight to the United States, for the majority of attendees this means your passport needs to be valid through the 23rd of June, 2026. Your plane tickets for this event are completely paperless, it will be delivered to you in the form of an e-mail confirmation. European Union, U.S. and Canadian citizens do not need visas for countries visited. Other nationalities should consult the local embassies or consulates for the most up-to-date information on visa requirements. 

Routine processing will take 10-13 weeks and expedited processing, which costs an additional $60, will take 7-9 weeks. Processing time begins the day the application is received and does not include mailing time.

• Check with your airline for the maximum size and weight of the baggage item
• Only items that you need with you at all times go in your carry-on luggage. This includes valuables and medications. Pack the rest as much as possible in your luggage
• Keep important documents and papers handy at all times
• Pack only permitted items and goods in your luggage. Doing so you will avoid unpleasant situations at security checks
• Inform yourself about the import regulations of the respective destination country
